Digital Services: Orders for digital services like graphic design or form filling are delivered via email or through a digital download link and are usually processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
2. Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping (India): Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order. Any applicable taxes will also be included in the total price at checkout.

Express Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Estimated delivery time for express shipping is 1-3 business days.

Remote Area Surcharges: Some remote locations within India may incur additional shipping fees. These will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery time is 5-7 business days for most locations within India, depending on the shipping destination.

4. Order Tracking

For digital services, you will receive an email notification with the completed product or service details.
5. Shipping Locations

Domestic (India): We currently ship all physical products (stationery, cards, etc.) within India only.

International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, digital services such as graphic design, printing, and form filling can be availed globally.
6. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. If an incorrect address is provided, Satya Services is not responsible for the misdelivery or additional shipping charges that may be incurred to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Undeliverable Packages: If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal of the package, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.
7. Customs and Duties (For International Digital Services)

Since we do not ship physical products internationally, no customs or duties are applicable for orders delivered within India.

However, for international customers purchasing digital services, no customs duties are applicable as the service is delivered electronically.
8. Multiple Shipments

If your order includes several items, they may be shipped separately based on stock availability and warehouse locations. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment if applicable.
9. P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a complete and valid residential or commercial address for shipping.

During peak periods (festivals, holidays, or promotional events), delivery times may be extended due to high demand. We will notify you of any expected delays during these periods.

For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe and secure delivery of your package. If no one is available to sign for the package, our courier partner may attempt redelivery or leave a notification with instructions on how to arrange for the package's collection or redelivery.
13. Pre-Orders and Backorders

In the case of pre-ordered or backordered items, we will notify you of the expected shipping date. These items will be shipped as soon as they are available, and any delay will be communicated promptly.
