Refund Policy

At Satya Services, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with our products and services. However, if you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer return and refund options under certain conditions. Please read the detailed policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds for both physical products and digital services.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Physical Products (Stationery, Cards, etc.):

    • You can return items within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

    • Any customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.

  • Digital Products & Services (Graphic Design, Printing, etc.):

    • Due to the nature of digital services, returns or refunds are not available once the final deliverable is sent, except in cases where the service provided is materially different from what was agreed upon.

    • In cases of incomplete or unsatisfactory digital services, we will work with you to revise the product until you are satisfied, with the scope of the project.

  • Service-Based Offerings (Videography, Photography, etc.):

    • Service-based offerings (videography, photography) are non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the event has been completed.

    • If a service is cancelled by the customer at least 48 hours before the scheduled date, a partial refund may be considered, subject to deductions for any preparatory work already completed.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • The following items and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

    • Customized stationery or cards

    • Completed graphic design, printing, or digital products

    • Completed photography or videography services

    • Services that were fully rendered as per the agreed scope

    • Downloadable digital content

3. Return Process for Physical Products

  • To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your product.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions and a return label (if applicable).

  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 5 business days of approval. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

  • Physical Products:

    • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.

    • If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

    • In the event of a rejected return (e.g., item not in original condition), the product will be sent back to you at your cost.

  • Digital Products and Services:

    • If your refund request is approved for digital services, the refund amount will depend on the service completed at the time of the request.

    • Refunds for partially completed services (e.g., in-progress graphic design or form-filling services) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may include deductions for the work already completed.

5. Cancellations

  • Physical Products: You can cancel your order for any physical product within 24 hours of placing the order if it has not yet been shipped. After this time, the order may have been processed and shipped, in which case our return policy will apply.

  • Service-Based Orders: For service-based offerings (videography, photography, cybercafe services), cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date for a partial refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on returning the product and will offer either a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

8. Exchange Policy

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product,within 7 days of delivery.

9. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective/Incorrect Products: If the product is defective or incorrect, Satya Services will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If you are returning a product for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

11. Non-Delivery

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time (as specified in the shipping policy), please contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date, and we will investigate the issue. If the package cannot be found, a replacement or refund will be offered.
